Daniel A. Alvarez – Partner
Daniel has an undergraduate degree in political science from Florida International University and a J.D. from the University of Miami (Go ‘Canes!).
Daniel previously represented insurance carriers and was a partner at the second oldest law firm in the state of Florida. In 2013, he brought his zealous advocacy to the representation of policyholders. Since then, Daniel has represented policyholders in claims involving hurricane, fire, collapse, plumbing leaks, theft, vandalism, and business interruption that have either been denied or improperly paid.
When he is not taking insurance companies to task, Daniel likes traveling with his wife and two kids to any place that has amazing food and building props for his daughter’s dance studio.

Vannessa Mari-Milhem, Attorney
Vannessa is a Miami native with Venezuelan and Colombian roots which have helped her assist international clients with all their real estate and trademark protection needs. This valuable member of our team is also known for guiding first-time buyers and veterans alike through the home buying process. She prides herself on working in conjunction with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders alike to ensure a smooth and successful closing.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University and her J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
She currently serves as the Director and Committee Chair for the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers. She is an active sponsor of the Miami Association of Realtors and can often be found supporting the association’s educational efforts. Vannessa is also a member of the Dade County Bar Association and Ms. Esquire.

Lais Negron, Attorney
Born in Cuba, Lais was raised in Miami from the age of 3. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Florida International University. She recently earned her J.D. from Florida International University, College of Law.
Making an impact is very important to her, as well as helping those who need it the most. Being able to provide clients with a peace of mind is a passion and focus of Lais. She loves traveling to new places and being around friends and family.

Alyssa Garcia, Legal Assistant
Alyssa has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Loyola University in New Orleans. She enjoys lending a helping hand to clients and assuring them we are working on their cases to provide them peace of mind regarding their legal matters. During her time at Loyola, she interned at the New Orleans Public Defender’s Office and participated in on-campus organizations geared towards increasing civic engagement.
